Purchased these about six months ago and like to cut fruit up and store them in the various sizes. My medium sized one usually holds grapes and there is ia stain at the bottom from the grape water, juice, dirt (I suppose) that has left a light brown bottom and ring about a 1/2" from the bottom that is impossible to get out. It just gets worse and worse. So I'm wishing I would've purchased the red or black. It says they're stain resistant but I'm not so sure? Otherwise they wash up really nice and have a great weight, not flimsy but not too heavy either.

I purchased these bowls because I was looking to replace a miss-matched set I had collected over the years. They are beautiful. The color and style mix very well with my modern country kitchen. My only negative point is that they do tend to get warm in the microwave fairly quickly. I'm still able melt butter or chocolate, but would not recommend leaving them in the microwave for more than a minute.
