I just ordered this because I loved the color, style and function of the Batter Bowl and that is why I gave it 3 stars. However, this bowl is small, small, small. I haven't actually measured 8 cups yet to see if this container actually holds 2 quarts, but I seriously doubt it. I'm keeping it because it will cost too much to send it back. Very disappointed.

This is nice for pancakes and mixing brownies, not to large and not too small. Nice and light weight, but non skid bottom is great.

By J. McPherson This batter bowl is fantastic! It's perfect for small mixes like a batch of muffins for breakfast or mixing wet ingredients prior to mixing with dry. The non-skid ring on the bottom makes it easy to mix with one hand if need be. I plan to give this to several family members for Christmas.
