This is the 3rd time that I am ordering these. God only knows where they keep disappeariing to. These have always been MY spoons. I use them for Icecream...Oatmeal, Yoguryt, Jello and just about anything I can. My 3 year olds have now discovered them and they want to use MOMMYS spoons for everything. Not a bad thing I can say about them.

Great spoons for special needs children Nov 07, 2010

These spoons are perfect because of their larger molded grip, slightly heftier weight, and smooth contoured bowl. The bright colors are an added plus-love them!

By amy I bought these to go with the stainless steel ice cream bowls as a matching set. They are very "handle heavy' so if you leave one in the bowl, it tends to topple out. If it falls to the floor, it will break. I am now down to a set of three. : ( You would be better off using a regular disposable plastic spoon.

They are ok for ice cream, but not anything else. They are a little cumbersome to get used to using, very heavy at the handle, good for serving hard packed ice cream, but weird for eating light things like cereal. I bought them for the colors for my kids, but they were too weird and I threw them out after a few uses. The handles are so thick they would not stack in my utensil drawer, so have a special place to keep them if you buy these.
