Trudeau Zester
After quite a bit of searching I decided to buy this zester rather than a microplane to zest my citrus...It is terrific, the handgrip is very comfortable and I'm able to effectively zest my citrus without the bitter pith coming along for the ride...If the one I bought ever breaks (from wear and tear) or goes missing, I'll be back to buy this one again!

A well designed, fits the hand and a clean good looking tool, dishwasher safe is important in my kitchen so Just one word describes this little tool,
OUTSTANDING
Another user mentioned use for cheese too. I'd add as a garnishing tool, carrots and other vegetables. You can't go wrong on this one.

This is the first zester I have ever purchased. I made salsa and needed lemon and lime zest in it and had my first opportunity to use the zester. It was great. It removed the zest without harming the flesh of the lemon/lime. I would highly recommend it. Very easy to use.

I started making sauces, too, and often found I had to get the tool from the dishwasher, since it was being constantly used. It's an excellent, easy to use tool. When my son moved out and took the zester with him, I had to quickly buy my own.
