Martinez I ordered this item directly from [...] and it isn't the item that is the problem it is [...] I thought I was getting a set of 4 ice cream cups, and 4 ice cream spoons since there are 4 members of my family I thought this would be great as we are purchasing an ice cream maker as well. When I received my order it was the 2 ice cream cups and 2 ice cream spoons. I called the 1-800-257-0008 number and the lady I spoke with stated that it was shown wrong online and the she would definitely let the person that handles that to change it but there is nothing she can do. I asked if I could return it so that I could find the 4-pack elsewhere and she stated I would have to pay shipping to return it. It already cost me 7.95 to ship the darn thing and they expected me to pay more just to return it? It would cost me more to ship it back then it would to just keep it. I am extremely unhappy with [...] and their resolution for the problem. I want to warn everyone not to do business with a company that will do nothing to resolve mistakes that they make especially when it is a Christmas present that is only 1/2 of what it was supposed to be.
