Square shaped cups are too floppy for the Giant Muffin Pans Dec 10, 2007
By Midnight Potter Since owning a Jumbo muffin pan, I've bought two boxes of paper baking cups from the Norpro brand. The first box was "Made in USA/Printed in Taiwan" and they fit nicely in the pan. These cups are firmly round. The second box of cups is square shaped instead of round and are "Made in China for Norpro". They are too floppy (Item: NorPro 3600B Bulk (500 count)). If you notice the misshapen sides of the paper, they will fold into the muffin batter, collapsing a bit, when you spoon the batter into the liner as it sits in the muffin pan. To use the square ones, hold the cup in one hand and spoon the batter into the paper cup before placing the liner in the pan. This helps to somewhat minimize the damage from the liner that will embed itself into the side of the muffin. I prefer the stiffer, circular, paper cup/liners that will not buckle in the pan.Norpro Giant Muffin Cups, White

Excellent Sep 03, 2009
By justdre50 I love these Giant Muffin Cups so much that I don't remember the last time I used the normal size ones. They fit well in my jumbo muffin tins which makes clean up exceptionally easy. Others have stated that they collapse when filling them, never had that problem. I just filled my glass measuring cup that has a pour spot, no mess and no spillage.

These cups fit very nicely in a giant muffin tin (suggest you measure your tin first). They peel off beautifully from cooled muffins, with very little residue stuck to the paper.

These are great, but BULK recommended instead! Dec 20, 2010
By No Rules, Just Right The price for these has doubled since I last bought them, so this time I ordered them from a different seller in bulk, saving me almost 75% off the per-unit price.
I received a round (not square) tube of the same item as this one, same high quality simple but durable paper cups, Norpro name brand.
The plastic tube holding the cups has a lid on both the top and the bottom, so you can open and remove the cups from either end, whichever your preference.

Just Right May 15, 2011
By BLF Ordered these for my jumbo muffin tin (makes six muffins with the amount of batter normally used in a twelve muffin tin). Not sure where some of the negative comments from others came from; these paper cups fit the tin exactly, hold their shape under very thick, heavily fruit and shredded veggie batter, and the baked product came out perfectly. They ARE round, and arrive in a nice, resealable plastic container that maintains their round shape and keeps them from being crushed when stored. Will definitely order again, as I haven't been able to locate these in the cooking stores around here for less than $6.00 a pack.
