5Best Masher  Mar 24, 2011 By Cathy
Our kitchen has very limited storage space so I began an organizing project with the hope that I could easily find what I needed when I needed it. The utensil drawer was especially troublesome - crammed full and so disorganized. I measured the utensils and the drawer carefully, discarded items I didn't really need, and went to the container store. After installing all the new wonderful separators and containers, I started placing all the utensils into their new homes. But the potato masher - too big - the drawer wouldn't close.

So I started looking for a smaller masher but to my dismay, they've grown even larger over the years. So I thought why not give this mini model a try?

I just used it for the first time this week - what an amazing difference this masher made to my mashed potatoes. They were so much smoother. The oval head shape gets into all the pot's curves. This masher took far fewer strokes and produced such a superior result. I highly recommend this masher for those with limited space.

5This does the job very easily...MADE IN USA!  May 21, 2010 By B. Racine "Beverage"
This works really nicely mashing potatoes, does a very nice thorough job, and even better to break up ground meat when browning. It does not take a lot of pressure like the older kind my Mom had because the prongs are sharp edged, not rounded. And made in USA, can't beat that!

5Don't let the name fool you, it does big jobs!  Sep 21, 2010 By sudoku-love
It's a mini masher, but it can handle a big bowl of potatoes in no time. Thanks to the sharp edges all over, this thing glides into potatoes like a dream.

5Best potato masher ever  Dec 11, 2009 By P. A. Bentley "mom of 5"
This potato masher was bought for me several years ago -- it is the best out there. Makes quick and easy work mashing any potato. The "blades" are sharp -- not as sharp as a knife -- so you need to mash in a bowl -- I use glass -- and not directly in the pan you cook your potatoes. But it's worth the extra step as potatoes come out smooth and creamy with little effort. I often leave the skin on my potatoes, so they're a little lumpy because of the skin. Goes in the dish-washer. I'm buying one this year to give as a Xmas gift.

5LamsonSharp Moni-Masher  Aug 29, 2011 By willyduck
Absolutely brilliant! The best masher in the world, and my Missus should know, she loves spuds! She made me an Irish Mixed Grill the other day. Roast Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Boiled potatoes and Chips!
