BIG JOB BABY!! Apr 21, 2012
By Stephen R. Walker Hi I cook. If you make large flipping dishes? This is it. Like I make a special 4-egg sandwich, folded on 2- sour dough slices, with 4- bacons. my eggs are as large as both slices side by side. I lay the eggs over the 2- slices. Put on my first 4-pieces of bacon cut in half. fold the eggs in half over. Put my next 4-1/2 cut pieces on top of that. The eggs are seasoned already to taste. then I lay the other slice of lightly toasted, buttered sour dough on top. Slice, and we are ready for breakfast! GOOD JOB! The 4" x 9" Chef's Turner is my tool of choice. Well Made! SW
