Cook For The Cure? Aug 05, 2008
By Laurel Gardens
"Gourmet Cook"
Having bought EVERY pink item in the last several months. I was dismayed to discover that none of the money was going to CFTC just because I had bought them. Seems that in VERY small print on the hang tag, there is a disclaimer. You have to go online and register the product. Only then will KitchenAid fork over the Money...... Yes for something as small as a set of measuring cups or a knife, you have to register.
Of course I discovered this long after I had thrown away the hang tags. So I went to LOWES and wrote down the UPC from the items they still stocked there. They were out of several items I have and didn't know if they were getting any more. So now I am off to the mall kitchen store. Wish me luck. Oh and SAVE those hang tags.
I am posting this same complaint on every kitchenaid item at amazon

Gorgeous and has functionality! Jun 15, 2010

This set is very pretty and a heavy weight quality, the nonstick has excellent release, and the clean up is a breeze, I like the shallow griddle pan for omelets and quesadillas, and the larger, deeper, grill pan is great for making burgers or anything you like to have the grill marks on. I wish that KitchenAid would make more pieces for me to enjoy.

Love these two pans Mar 25, 2011

I think the griddle pan is awesome. I love the bumps as they brown food to perfection. My mom got me these pans for christmas. I have another set of pink breast cancer pans but none of them were as big as these. My Nana died of breast cancer in her early 60's and it's nice to know I can help someone else not go through that! I wish that I could find a lid to go with the griddle pan since i use it to make hamburger helper for my boys and the recipe calls for it being covered. I'll keep my eyes out!
Heavy set! May 08, 2009
By Chris, CA I got this set a year ago with promotional price. I still think it cost bit more compared to other pink cookware out there. The 11-inch is bit heavy and I felt un-easy to use, and I was worry about the pink will scratch off if I am not careful. So I gave this away to a friend. The 10-inch is better but not deep enough, can not use to cook bigger portion or food will spill. I had many cookware before included T-fal. I don't feel it's for everyday use, but not bad to look at it if you like pink.
