My Favorite Spatula Dec 19, 2005
By Glenn R. Howes I like this wide bladed spatula's design. Always flexible but never floppy, it scrapes clean mixing bowl sides in one stroke, making it my choice for any batter less viscious than cookie dough. The blade attaches firmly to the handle without tendency to pop off. Made of heat resistant silicone, I find it convenient for sauteing vegetables on non-stick surfaces. But be warned the handle is not resistant like the blade, keep it away from hot saucepan rims lest it melt.
This particular model is a medium pink, but I prefer the more sedate gray version.

Pink Cook for the Cure Mixer Spatula Mar 24, 2006
By Rebecca Oglesby This spatula is everything it claims~ sturdy, heat-proof and non-staining. It is perfect used in my teflon skillet, and stirring hot tomato sauces doesn't stain it or scorch it. Now if they'd just make a large spoon to match, I'd have everything I need for cooking!

Put the punch of pink in your pantry! Jan 03, 2006

What can you say? When you buy KitchenAid, you are buying a quality product. Save your money on other brands; this brand will last you and aid you in your kitchen for years to come. What I love most about this particular spatula is the color. If this pink color doesn't bring a little spark of happiness to the mundane, I don't know what will. Of course, I am a girly-girl who can't have enough pink in my life, so a little pink in my kitchen is just what I need, not to mention that the purchase goes towards the fight against breast cancer. A great deal all the way around!

Cook For The Cure? Aug 06, 2008
By Laurel Gardens
"Gourmet Cook"
Having bought EVERY pink item in the last several months. I was dismayed to discover that none of the money was going to CFTC just because I had bought them. Seems that in VERY small print on the hang tag, there is a disclaimer. You have to go online and register the product. Only then will KitchenAid fork over the Money...... Yes for something as small as a set of measuring cups or a knife, you have to register.
Of course I discovered this long after I had thrown away the hang tags. So I went to LOWES and wrote down the UPC from the items they still stocked there. They were out of several items I have and didn't know if they were getting any more. So now I am off to the mall kitchen store. Wish me luck. Oh and SAVE those hang tags.
I am posting this same complaint on every kitchenaid item at amazon
