Way Easier than using a knife Mar 19, 2012
By kmperkins I've cut or nearly cut my finger or nails so many times trying to chop garlic. I've used this several times already and am so glad I bought it. It is pretty easy to use, though you may have to turn it for a while to get all the chunks chopped. It's not difficult to get the garlic out after as I've read was the problem with others (you do have to swipe your finger around the sides of the dish). Just be careful washing it that you don't get water down into the base where it won't dry...and the blade is very sharp.

By BobNod This product is easy to clean and seems well constructed, but it only minces the garlic to a medium consistency. If you want your garlic finely minced it's not for you.
