By Bonsie I purchased this little gadget for the sole purpose of assistance with browning/breaking up large batches of ground beef- and am delighted in just how much easier it makes this task. I haven't used it for anything else yet, but can see how it would be useful in other ways too.

By G. Sinn i just ove this for chopping meat as i am browning it. You can make the browned meat very fine or chunky whatever you like. I love the black color too!

By slockwood It works just like it states. It is an X shaped plastic tool that you can push down into the hamburger meat to chop it into smaller pieces. Works great so you don't scratch your pans up trying to chop it. I still like my spatula to stir it up but it works great for chopping it.
