By Cindy B. I tried this pan for a frozen pizza, using the silicone insert. I did not see a huge difference is the crispness of the crust, versus the silicone baking sheet I had used previously. Maybe slightly better. I will try this pan without the silicone to see if it bakes better without it. Pan has a nice weight to it.

This item is great. I used to cringe when my boys wanted to fix pizza because the clean up was terrible. But not with this pan, the pizza is crispier and cleanup is a breeze. Highly recommend!!
