Wonderful Product Jul 03, 2008
By Happy With Amazon.com Searching a long time and found this ravioli mold. It's terrific. You can use a little more filling with this form. You do need to brush an egg wash around each ravioli and press around each, but that's true even if you make the ravioli on a flat surface. Each ravioli separates easily.

Great Product Apr 02, 2009
By Amanda Harrison It is a great product. Only downside was there were no instructions or reccomendations on pasta thickness so there was some trial and error involved. Now that I have it figured out it works great.

By Cucina Di Lucita This item is easy to use, follow the instructions as provided! Be sure the filling is not wet (use grated cheese to dry out) and you will make perfect ravioli! You can freeze them and drop directly into the boiling water frozen for 4-5 minutes, finish in the pan with the sauce! A basic tomato sauce is best as the filling is the star!
