Whoever said grills are reserved for weekend barbecues has never met Diane Morgan. In her newest grilling cookbook, she presents a compelling argument that grills should be used every night, complete with 125 recipes and the promise of less dishwashing. For novice grillers, she's incorporated chapters on types of grills, cleaning and safety tips, and lists of helpful tools. Mouthwatering recipes include meat and veggie entrees, side dishes, and even flame-broiled desserts like Bananas Slicked with Rum and Molasses. If that's not enough, she's even added The Grill Planner, a chapter devoted to ensuringthat Tuesday's leftover ingredients from Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers with Garlic and Cilantro Drizzle will become Wednesday's Pineapple, Shrimp, and Anaheim Chile Salad.

Grill Every Day Review Sep 24, 2008
By Kayla Dallaire Grill Every Day is a great cookbook for me. I am only feeding two people, so the portions and prep times are perfect! There are so many wonderful recipes and a lot of new meals I am excited to try. There are meals for a variety of occasions. What I have made so far has turned out delicious and beautiful, thats good coming from someone like me who isn't that great of a cook. This is a wonderful cookbook for those who enjoy grilling for all kinds of reasons.

My boyfriend believes I can cook now Jun 01, 2011
By Jennifer M. Nelson Awesome Book. I've always loved grilling and been much better at it than traditional kitchen cooking. I recently bought a grill for my new patio and my boyfriend now finally believes I can cook and loves my food. All the recipes in this book are simple, fresh, and delicious, all using common versatile ingredients.
