I bought this hat for my boyfriend to use as a Halloween costume, and I was surprised when it arrived: the quality of the material is amazing. It is not a thin fabric that won't stay in place. This one is thick and after you poof the hat up a little, it looks just like the picture and stays like that for a long time. Great purchase and great price.

After reviewing the other Chef hats, I decided to go with this item due to economical reasons $6.42! Out of the box, this Chef hat was not eye catching at all. I opened the amazon box and totally forgot what I had ordered. It looked like a handkerchief. Aside from my first impression, after unfolding it and letting the material expand this chef hat turned out nicely. I used it as a photo session prop and it was a success. Tips: remove from bag, poof it up a bit.
