It works IN the pan. Feb 08, 2011
By Dr. John I am a culinary arts instructor for Artisan Bread. Many of our formulations are baked in full sheet pans. Rolling out dough in a sheet pan is almost impossible with a regular rolling pin. The handles get in the way. This Roller works perfectly inside the pan, and the silicone covering helps prevent sticking, although I usually spray the roller with a non-stick pan coating. Follow the instructions about wiping clean but NOT immersing in water - as the axle will rust.
Use as muscle massager May 18, 2012
By Aditya My physiotherapist recommeded getting a roller pin for massaging the muscles in my leg. I decided to go with this and it was great idea. The handles makes it much easier and more convenient to grip as you roll. Definitely recommend
