Strong Frother Apr 19, 2009
By David Eastman I've had several frothers and this is the strongest, fastest churning frother I've owned. I don't like frothers that have the on/off button as a slider that can't do quick bursts or that isn't on top or where your fingers or thumb naturally fall. This one has the button conveniently on the top and works perfectly for quick bursts.
Definately recommended.

Gets the job done Dec 29, 2010
By C. Smith Not much to say about this - it's a frother. I've owned a few of these battery-operated frothers, and they all basically work "okay". I'm pleased with this one, however, as it has more oomph than my previous versions. This one did cost a bit more than I paid for those (from a large kitchen, bath, etc...store), but it is worth it. It feels better in the hand, and I don't have a problem with the battery cover wanting to pop open during use like I did with my others. I also like the stand - the frother doesn't topple over if you sneeze or look at it funny. That was a constant issue with my other ones.
Updated... I purchased another one of these to give as a gift. That second frother was dead on arrival. We tried more than one set of batteries, and it did not work at all. I now have to try to get another one for the gift recipient. As stated before, I love mine, and it works great. But I am no longer confident in this brand because of the one that never worked at all. 1 working out of two purchased...not good odds.

Works well for not having heat. Oct 21, 2010
By Kevin Still prefer steam, but works really well in a pinch. Great for mixing powered drinks as well.

Great frother but not BonJour's best Sep 13, 2011
By J. Offenbach The BonJour Frother, Automatic Battery Powered Oval with Stand in Silver is offered by Amazon at a great price right now, so I ordered this for my daughter who has been using another frother. Although it's powerful, it's not as good as the BonJour Primo Latte which is also currently offered by Amazon at about twice the cost. The suggested price is about the same for both and for that reason, I'm rating this with a 4 star and the other a 5 star review. The Oval frother has a shorter shaft and seems to not whip as strongly as the latter, is shaped a little thinner in the hand, is also powered by two AA batteries which are not included, has an attractive stand to protect and store the frother on the countertop. I very much like the button on top which makes for easy on and off, and at about half the price of the Primo Latte, the reduced power is not a deal breaker. The twist off battery compartment is easier to open and close than the buttoned Primo Latte.
bye bye Starbucks! Mar 09, 2012
By Marianne B I love this frother! Now I feel deprived if I'm drinking coffee with "flat" cream. After using mine for a few days, I bought my sister one for her birthday. By her reaction, you would have thought I bought her a new Coach purse! Only one minor complaint. The button is on the top and it's a little uncomfortable and hard to get used to. With that being said, I'm over the button placement. Never to spend 4 bucks for a coffee at Starbucks again! BonJour Frother, Automatic Battery Powered Oval with Stand, Silver
